Lindsay R. Pfeffer, an associate of the firm, received her B.A., cum laude, from Brandeis University in 2005, and her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pfeffer was associated for five years with the law firm of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, where she practiced litigation, employment law, and matrimonial law.

During law school, Ms. Pfeffer was Senior Articles Editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law and President of the Women Law Students Association. Ms. Pfeffer has also been involved in performing pro bono work for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an organization that provides free legal services to low-income artists and nonprofit arts and cultural organizations.Ms. Pfeffer was selected to be a Super Lawyers New York Metro Rising Star for years 2014, 2015 and 2016 and is a member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
